True Refrigerated Prep Tables - Two Pans Deep

  • Cabinet exteriors have stainless steel front, top and sides. Cabinet rear is aluminum. Cutting boards are high density polyethylene, removable and sanitary. Choice of 6” or 3” casters or 6” legs. Doors have recessed handles and swing within cabinet dimensions.
  • Interiors have stainless steel bottoms, white anodized aluminum sides and interior top. Each unit is furnished with  two adjustable white vinyl covered wire shelves per door. Pans furnished on top are polycarbonate 1/6 size 4” deep. 6” deep pans will also fit.
  • Foam insulated top covers keep foods cold and minimize condensation.
  • Items on this page have oversized rear mounted True 134A refrigeration systems. Evaporator coils are located behind the pans on top. Cold airflow is guided to the pans and provides uniform temperature in a 360° circle throughout cabinet. Refrigerators will hold food from 33° to 41° Fahrenheit. Bumpers on the rear of the cabinet keep it 1” away from the wall for proper ventilation. Drains are not required.
