True Pizza Preparation Tables

  • All cabinet exteriors have stainless steel front, top and sides. Cabinet rear is aluminum. Choice of 4” or 6”  casters or 6” legs. Cabinet work height is 36” on all units when using the 6” casters that are furnished as standard.
  • Interiors have stainless steel bottoms with white anodized aluminum sides and interior top. Each unit is furnished with two adjustable white vinyl covered wire shelves per door. 18” x 26” bun pans will fit.  1/2 size bun tray racks are pictured on the bottom of page 3.
  • 1/3 size 6” deep polycarbonate pans shipped with units.
  • On this page refrigerators have oversized end mounted True 134A refrigeration systems, freezers have R404A. Drains are not required.
  • Pizza preparation refrigerators hold temperature from 33° to 41° Fahrenheit. Foam insulated top covers keep foods cold and minimize condensation. Undercounter and work top models will hold temperature from 32° to 38° F. High density polyethylene pizza prep cutting boards are removable and sanitary.
  • All refrigerators below are 115 volt with 7’ cord and plug.
