True Preparation Tables & Work Top Tables

 

True Preparation Tables and Work Top Tables are first grouped in refrigerators and freezers, then the refrigerators are divided into types of features.

 

Standard Two Pans Deep, Mega Top Three Pans Deep, Pizza Preparation refers to the number, size, and arrangement of the pans and work surface in the top.

 

Refrigerated Tables and Freezer Tables come with plain work tops and are available with or without a backsplash for undercounter use. Another choice to consider is whether Rear Mounted Compressors or End Mounted Compressors are best for your application.
