True Horizontal Ice Cream Dipping Cabinets

  • Designed to store and serve ice cream product.
  • Vinyl laminated over steel exterior with stainless steel top and rim.
  • Interior white enamel on galvanized steel. Stainless steel lid liner.
  • Insulation of entire cabinet structure is foamed-in-place using high density CFC free, polyurethane insulation.
  • Heavy duty, galvanized steel base rail with white enamel.
  • Lids are hinged, 300 series stainless steel dipping compartment service lids with handles. Perimeter wiper gasket for improved seal.
  • The True anti-condensate heaters reduce the potential for condensation build-up.
  • Manual defrost. Convenient defrost drain. Self contained, no plumbing required.
