Broilers - Stainless Steel Radiants, Customizable Options

  • With stainless steel radiants that provide fast 3-minute preheating and are more energy efficient than cast iron radiants.
  • Cooking grates consists of 1/2” diameter heavy duty round rods that are free-floating and made of steel (5/16” between rods). They are held together by a thick walled stainless steel frame. When this E-Z tilt top grid is locked into the tilt position, 70% of the grease drains to the front collection box (reduces flare-up). Round rods are not porous and stick less than cast iron grates.
  • Standard with 6” deep stainless steel front service shelf with utility bar.
  • Stainless steel water tubs and grease collection box are removable for easy cleaning.
  • Stainless steel exterior front & sides (and lower storage area on floor models).
