Pizza Deck Ovens

  • Models 1048 and 1060 are heavy duty and designed for fast recovery, excellent bake and fuel efficiency.
  • Exterior:  Stainless steel front, sides and top. Aluminized steel back. Black legs.
  • Interior:  Aluminized steel baking compartment liner and combustion chamber. Rokite deck is supported by an angle iron frame. The 10” high interior height (taller than most) allows for maximum height clearance when using oven brush.
  • Doors: Counter-balanced doors with concealed hinges and dual springs are full length of the cooking area. Door handle is heavy chrome plated tubular steel.
  • Controls: Throttle type thermostat with temperature control range of 300° to 650° Fahrenheit.
  • Warranty: 1 year labor, 2 years parts (3 years additional parts on oven door). Travel time not to exceed 2 hours from authorized service agency and mileage not to exceed one hundred miles (round trip).
  • Liftgate delivery is included in our Blodgett sell prices.
