Low Temperature CMA Dishwashers

LOW TEMPERATURE UNDERCOUNTER DISHMACHINES
  • Total operating cycle is 2 minutes (up to 30 racks per hour).
  • Accommodates standard 20” x 20” dish racks (not included).
  • Low temperature dishwasher uses chlorine in the final rinse to sanitize.
  • Uses only 1.7 gallons of 140° Fahrenheit incoming water per rack (120° F is required, 140° F. is recommended). Optional longer time cycles are available (for situations when building hot water is less than 140° F).
  • With water sustainer heater that keeps wash water hot in between loads.
  • With built in chemical injectors and 2 minute total cycle.
  • Built-in delimer switch.
  • Standard with a pumped drain for flexible installations. No floor drain is required.
  • All heavy duty 304 series stainless steel construction assures long life and years of trouble free operation.
  • Unique spray arm system features upper and lower stainless steel wash arms with reinforced end caps.
  • Between the wash and rinse cycle, CMA low temperature machines dump all of the water, debris and detergents out of the machine. Then it flushes the pump and sprays the inside of the machine with fresh water. This eliminates residue and detergents before introducing fresh rinse water into the dishwasher. This ”dump and fill” process guarantees a clean wash and optimum conditions for proper chemical usage.
