CMA-S-AH Pot & Pan Commercial Dishwasher
  • Total operating cycle is 90 seconds (up to 40 racks per hour). Longer time cycles are available.
  • Uses standard 20” x 20” dish racks (2 included).
  • Low temperature dishwasher uses chlorine in the final rinse to sanitize.
  • Uses only 1.7 gallons of water per rack. 140° F. incoming is recommended (120° F. min. required).
  • Top mounted controls include built-in chemical pumps (with priming switches) and deliming system that assures proper chemical usage.
  • Heavy duty 304 series stainless steel construction for long life and years of trouble free operation.
  • Upper and lower stainless steel wash arm system with innovative ”pull-pin” assembly allows easy removal of spray arms for cleaning.
  • Between the wash and rinse cycle, CMA low temperature machines dump all of the water, debris and detergents out of the machine. Then it flushes the pump and sprays the inside of the machine with fresh water. This eliminates residue and detergents before introducing fresh rinse water into the dishwasher. This ”dump and fill” process guarantees a clean wash and optimum conditions for proper chemical usage.
  • Make sure that your kitchen ceiling height (possibly vapor hood height) above dishwasher will allow for the machines doors to open 94 1/2”.
