High Temperature CMA Dishmachines

  •  High temperature dishwasher, straight pass-thru model, includes a built-in 12 kw booster heater. 
  • Total operating cycle is about 1 minute to 1 minute 15 seconds when the incoming water temperature is 130° - 140° Fahrenheit. 
  • If incoming water temperature is lower, the SafeTtemp feature will keep the dishwasher in the wash cycle until the rinse water in the booster heater is above 180° Fahrenheit. 
  • Dishwasher uses only 0.96 gallons of water per rack. 
  • The 8 gallon wash tank comes with a 5 kw wash tank heater. 
  • Heavy duty 304 series stainless steel construction.
