Economy CMA Dishmachines

LOW TEMPERATURE ECONOMY
ENERGY MIZER™ DISHMACHINE     

These Model EST machines are economy versions of the model AH and C machines. They are built a little lighter. The do not use nylon door glides. They use an air gap instead of a pressure regulator. Uses chlorine in the final rinse to sanitize. With top mount chemical injectors and 90 second total cycle. Accommodates standard 20" x 20" dish racks (not included). 17" inside height clearance. Uses only 1.09 gallons of 140° Fahrenheit incoming water per rack. (120° F is required, 140° F is recommended).
304 series stainless steel construction.
