Royal Convection Ovens

  • Standard or Deep depth:
    Standard depth oven accomodates full size sheet pans side to side. 70,000 BTU per deck.
    Deep depth oven accomodates full size sheet pans front to back and side to side. 80,000 BTU per deck.
    Specify natural or propane gas.
  • Ovens come with a 2 speed, 1/3 HP motor. Each deck is 120 volt, 8 amp., and has a 6’ cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
  • Exterior:  Stainless steel front, sides, top and legs.
  • Interior:  Porcelain enamel finish. With 5 oven racks (28 1/2” long x 26 1/4” deep) that will hold 18” x 26” sheet pans in either direction. The removable 11 position rack guides are chrome plated. With 2 oven interior lights.
  • Doors: Doors are the dependent type (open the left door and the right automatically opens). Door gaskets are stainless steel and provide a good air seal. The glass window is located in the right hand door next to the controls. Johnson's stocks ovens with window in left door.
  • Controls: Ovens are furnished with a switch with 3 operating modes; power on, power off and also for cooling down (fan stays on while door is open).  Dial type snap action thermostat will operate from 150° to 500° Fahrenheit. With 1 hour dial timer with buzzer.
