Since 1975, Jim Johnson has been providing personal service to customers in Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Idaho and Montana.

Restaurant equipment we offer include, reach in refrigerators with solid doors, glass doors, sliding doors, swing doors, and half doors. Refrigerators and freezers with bottom or top mounted compressors. Refrigerators and freezers designed for special purposes such as merchandising refrigerators, spot freezers, ice cream dipping cabinets, deli cases, or curved glass bakery cases, undercounter refrigeration, glass and plate coolers and chillers, work top refrigerators, refrigerated equipment stands, some with doors others with drawers. Units have end or rear mounted compressors. You can find direct draw beer dispensers, and bottle coolers, ice merchandisers, and glass door counter-top coolers. We have ice machines with water filtering systems. There are ice cuber or flaker heads, and storage bins to put under them. We also have walk-in cooler refrigerators and freezers for indoor use, also remote systems.

For cooking equipment we offer high production gas top ranges with ovens, or combination tops with burners and griddles. There are special use broilers, cheese melters, salamander broilers, radiant broilers, char-rock broilers, gas griddles with thermostats or manual controls, stock pot ranges, mandrin jet ranges, gas hot plates and stainless steel equipment stands to put them on. There are floor model fryers, and gas connection kits with snap on pull off fittings for easily connecting movable or stationary gas appliances.

We carry convection ovens with infrared burners, low velocity fans, reversing fans, or water injected steam features, some are gas, others are electric. There are Pizza deck ovens, commercial heavy duty microwave ovens, steam jacketed kettles, and convection steamers.

Food preparation equipment includes high volume food processors, power mixers, dough rollers, heavy duty mixers both floor models and counter top models. Slicers, meat grinders, and shredders. Stainless steel work tables, dishtables and sinks. For clean up equipment we carry a selection of dishmachines, glasswashers, even pot and pan dishmachines; some for high temperature cleaning, others use low temperature and chemical dispensers. There are corner units and even a conveyor dishmachine. There is heavy gauge shelving for use in refrigerators, freezers, and food related service; also baskets, brackets, casters, hooks and other accessories to use with shelving.
